Liike Workspace Plan Specification V1.0 Revision 3

Effective status: Final Candidate - Legal Review; not active until approved and published

1. Product

Liike Workspace is a B2B self-service SaaS subscription supplied for verified business use. The price is EUR 299 per separately paid monthly Subscription Period, plus applicable taxes. Each Subscription Period is purchased through an individually issued Shopify draft-order payment link or other Shopify-hosted payment link. Workspace does not automatically renew or automatically charge a payment method.

2. Subscription Period

A Subscription Period is a 30-calendar-day paid period beginning when Liike Digital successfully receives and verifies payment through the applicable Shopify-hosted payment link. The exact payment timestamp and Subscription Period start and end records are recorded in the relevant paid Shopify order and Liike transaction record. A failed, attempted, or unpaid payment does not create a new Subscription Period, Audit allowance, SEOptimer allowance, or paid entitlement.

3. Included Workspace Entitlement

During each active Subscription Period, the Customer receives access for one verified legal business, one designated brand or trading identity, one primary public website, up to three authorized users consisting of one Owner and up to two Members, four customer-triggered website/SEO health Audits, one detailed SEOptimer report, the Workspace dashboard, the latest Audit summary, prioritized software-generated recommendations, optional customer-connected Google Analytics and Search Console reporting, up to 12 months rolling operational Audit history while subscribed, latest available report or findings PDF export, and email software/account support on business days.

4. Excluded Entitlements

Liike Workspace V1.0 includes no contractual AI allowance, no scheduled monitoring, no managed marketing, no professional implementation, no Liike specialist hours, no guaranteed human or expert review, no numeric uptime service-level agreement, and no guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, compliance, security or other outcomes.

5. Audit Allowance

An Audit is a customer-triggered Workspace request for website/SEO health analysis of the designated primary website. The limit is four Audits per Subscription Period. An Audit consumes allowance only when successfully completed and the result is made available. Technical failure, provider failure, rejected duplicate request, unsuccessful request or reasonable duplicate/concurrent-request prevention does not consume allowance. Unused Audit allowance expires at Subscription Period end and does not roll over, accumulate or transfer.

6. SEOptimer Report Allowance

The Customer is entitled to generate one detailed SEOptimer report per Subscription Period. Provider availability or technical failure is addressed exclusively under Section 7 and does not by itself remove that entitlement.

7. SEOptimer Failure Remedies

If the detailed SEOptimer report entitlement is materially unavailable because of provider or technical failure, Liike may, acting reasonably, restore functionality, provide reasonably comparable output, extend the affected entitlement, or provide a proportionate service credit or refund where required by the Refund and Cancellation Policy or applicable law. These remedies are not automatically generated credits or refunds.

8. PDF Export

During an active Subscription Period, Customer may export the latest available detailed report or findings in PDF format. A temporary technical outage may delay export, but Liike uses reasonable efforts to restore it or provide a reasonable alternative means of obtaining the latest available report or findings. Export does not create entitlement to another Audit or report.

9. Operational History

While the subscription remains active, Workspace retains and makes available operational Audit history generated under the Customer's subscription for up to 12 months on a rolling basis. History exists only after Audits are actually generated. There is no entitlement to pre-subscription history. Operational retention does not limit independent retention of billing, tax, security, fraud, legal, agreement or evidence records.

10. Business, Brand and Website Changes

The Customer may request or make a reasonable change within the same verified legal business where the Workspace permits it. One subscription must not be used to obtain sequential or multiple coverage for multiple businesses, multiple brands or multiple websites during one Subscription Period. A permitted change does not restore used quotas or increase current-period allowances.

11. Non-Payment, Grace and Post-Termination Access

If payment for a future Subscription Period is not successfully received by the end of the current paid Subscription Period, normal paid Workspace functionality ends at that time. The seven-calendar-day restricted grace period and the following 30-calendar-day limited read-only and export-access window are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Neither period creates a new paid Subscription Period, new Audit or report allowance, new integration entitlement, or other paid operational functionality.
