Liike Workspace Refund and Cancellation Policy V1.0 Revision 5

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Liike Workspace B2B self-service SaaS service at EUR 299 per separately paid monthly Subscription Period unless a later accepted version or express amendment states otherwise.

2. Payment Links and Future Subscription Periods

Liike Digital collects Workspace payments through individually issued Shopify draft-order payment links or other Shopify-hosted payment links. An unpaid payment link is an invitation to purchase a future Subscription Period. It does not create a paid Subscription Period, automatic renewal, automatic charge, debt, operational allowance or paid entitlement.

3. Future-Period Cancellation

No automatic charge will be made for a future Subscription Period. The Customer may decline a future payment link or ask Liike to stop sending future payment links by emailing support@liikedigital.fi from the Customer's recorded business email address with the subject line "Workspace Cancellation." Liike will provide a record of receipt. This does not cancel or refund an already-paid Subscription Period. Refunds or service remedies remain governed by this policy and any non-excludable applicable law.

4. Unused Allowances

Unused Audit or SEOptimer allowances do not create a refund, credit, rollover or extension unless Liike agrees, this policy provides otherwise, or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Provider or Technical Failure

Where a material Workspace entitlement cannot reasonably be provided because of Liike-controlled technical failure or relevant provider failure, Liike may, acting reasonably, restore functionality, provide reasonably comparable output, extend the affected entitlement, or provide a proportionate service credit or refund where this policy or applicable law requires it. These remedies are not automatically generated credits or refunds.

6. Customer-Caused Unavailability

Refunds or credits are not owed for unavailability caused by inaccurate Customer information, inaccessible Customer systems, revoked permissions, unsupported websites, customer-side technical restrictions, attempted use outside the Plan Specification, or failure to maintain required payment or account access.

7. Non-Payment after a Paid Subscription Period

If payment for a future Subscription Period is not successfully received by the end of the current paid Subscription Period, normal paid Workspace functionality ends at that time. Liike will then provide a seven-calendar-day grace period with restricted access limited to account, billing, cancellation, and legal-document functions. The grace period does not create a new paid Subscription Period and does not permit new Audits, reports, integrations, quota consumption, or other paid operational functionality.

8. Post-Grace Export Window

After the grace period ends, the Customer receives a 30-calendar-day limited read-only and export-access window. That window begins on the calendar day immediately following grace expiry. During that window, the Customer may access existing account/profile information, existing Audit history and reports, the latest available PDF export, formal invoices, contractual documents and cancellation/account controls. The window does not create a new Subscription Period or permit new Audits, new detailed report generation, new integrations, new quota consumption or other paid operational functionality. Operational Workspace access ends when that window expires, subject to retention of billing and legal records as required.

9. Refund Requests and Service Remedies

A Customer may request a refund or service remedy by emailing support@liikedigital.fi with the relevant account, invoice or transaction reference and a description of the issue. Liike will acknowledge the request within five business days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days, unless reasonably more time is required to investigate the issue or obtain relevant provider records.
